March – New Project Release
A Global Investment Giant has appointed 8T for an Advanced Audio-Visual Solution at Two IFC
Customer is a global investment management organization, their headquarters is located in San Mateo, California. They have been in the investment management business for more than 65 years and have offices in over 30 countries.
Customer's commitment to Asia is the result of their strong belief that in the coming decades, it will continue to be one of the most dynamic economic regions. Their investments are based on original research and a first-hand understanding of the forces that influence the economic environment.
After a rigorous vetting process in February, 8T was appointed to provide professional Advanced Audio-Visual Solutions to customer's Boardroom and Meeting Rooms at Two IFC, Central Hong Kong, involving floor area around 21,000 sqft.
The AV project is expected to be completed by end of April.

A French Global Insurer has appointed 8T as their Audio-Visual Professional Services Provider
Customer is a leading global insurer with presence in 50 markets and serving 94 million customers worldwide. Their purpose is to act for human progress by protecting what matters. As one of the most diversified insurers in Hong Kong, they offer integrated solutions across Life, Health and General Insurance. They are the largest General Insurance provider and a major Health and Employee Benefits provider. Their aim is to not only be the insurer to provide comprehensive protection to customers, but also a holistic partner to the individuals, businesses and community they serve.
After a stringent selection in January 2024, 8T was appointed to provide Advanced Audio-Visual System Upgrade and Professional Maintenance Services to their 2 office sites, both are located at Lee Garden, Causeway Bay and at AXA Tower, One Landmark East respectively.

February – New Project Release
One of the Largest Medical Group has appointed 8T for providing Advanced UC System Professional Services at Hong Kong HQ
Founded in 1990, customer is a medical group listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code 722.HK) and is one of the leading comprehensive healthcare service platforms in the Hong Kong and GBA markets.
Their medical service network spans over 1,000 self-owned and affiliated institutions across Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China, offering services such as family medicine, specialist consultation, dental care, diagnostic imaging and laboratory testing, preventive medicine and health examination, physical therapy, day surgery, and endoscopy, among others. In 2023, the annual volume of outpatient visits under their Medical Group exceeded 1.2 million.
In January, customer carried a careful tender process of assessment, 8T was appointed again to provide professional services support for the PABX/UC with Call Centre to Medical Group's maintenance contract involving approximate 280 extensions at Des Vouex Road Central HQ Building.
8T is a self-driven company that assure most assignments are handled by direct 8T employees who were certified by the manufacturer. As a result, we provided faster service response times due to no unnecessary delay caused by the subcontracting process. The service team members are familiar with the site conditions, safety requirements, schedules, and activities of the Medical Group , so that every task is performed with minimal interruption to the customer's operations.

A Famous Hong Kong Listed Company appointed 8T for providing Advanced Audio-Visual Solutions at their HQ Building
Founded in 1940, customer is famous beverage listed company (stock code 0345.HK) in Hong Kong, its headquarters are in Tuen Mun, New Territories, Hong Kong.
Customer's products were centred on the high-protein soy milk drink that the company first produced. Over the years the company expanded into a wider variety of beverages. Some of them (such as fruit juice, milk, tea, soft drinks, water, and tofu) were given the derivative brand name "Vita".
After a rigorous vetting process in January 2024, the famous beverage company has appointed 8T to provide Advanced Audio-Visual System to their head office with around 65,000 sqft total floor area at Tuen Mun HQ Main Building.
This AV project including Director Boardroom is expected to be completed by mid of March 2024.

A 5-star International Hotel appointed 8T as an UC/PABX & Call Centre Service Provider
Customer is a 545-room with 16-storey waterfront hotel, situated in the heart of Kowloon at Hung Hom Bay. The unique design of the building's podium provides guests, meeting/event attendees and diners extraordinary outdoor and indoor space with spectacular views. Over 60 per cent of the guestrooms feature harbour views, with rooms ranging from 42 square metres for a Deluxe City View Room to 294 square metres for Hotel's stunning rooftop suite.
In January, 8T was appointed to continue provide the best-in-class maintenance service to the hotel’s Alcatel-Lucent communication system of which integrate with hospitality applications with call centre and mobility solution so that staff can focus on being productive and managing guest experiences.
Good communication is essential for a successful hotel with the advanced communication system and hospitality applications laying the foundation for the success.

An International Optometry and Eyecare Leader appointed 8T for providing Advanced Audio-Visual Solution
Customer began more than 35 years ago with the vision of two British optometrists, who set out the best-value eyecare to everybody.
Their passion for optometry has led the Company become the largest privately-owned optical growth in the world, delivery high-quality, affordable optical and hearing care in 10 countries.
After a stringent selection recently, 8T was appointed to provide Advanced Audio-Visual Solution for their Hong Kong representative office at Kwun Tong.
The AV project is expected to be completed by end of March.

A Famous Hospital appointed 8T for providing Advanced Audio-Visual Solution
Customer is committed to providing comprehensive healthcare to patients in Hong Kong, China, and the Asia Pacific region. Additionally, customer also offers tailor-made health assessment programs for corporations seeking to improve the health and wellbeing of their employees.
Over the years, the Hospital has been recognized for its excellence via accreditations from the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS) and the Joint Commission International (JCI). Also, customer was the first hospital in Hong Kong to receive certification by the International Network of Health Promoting Hospitals (HPH), as well as the first private hospital laboratory in Hong Kong to receive accreditation under the Hong Kong Laboratory Accreditation Scheme (HOKLAS).
After a rigorous vetting process in December 2023, 8T was appointed to provide Advanced Audio-Visual Solution for their Meetng Rooms and Boardroom at Tsuen Wan Hospital Building.
This AV project is expected to be completed by mid of February.
