In 2020, they ranked 2nd in the natural, healthy and functional soft beverage market in Hong Kong, and 3rd and 4th in import international spirits market in Hong Kong and mainland China respectively.
After a stringent selection, 8T was appointed to provide Wi-Fi system for their logistics centres at Yuen Long and Lau Fan Shan respectively, covering total 145,000 sq ft. usable area.

Hopewell Centre has been one of the significant landmarks in Hong Kong and regards as an example of successful urban redevelopment.
Hopewell Centre II, connected and situated adjacent to Hopewell Centre, is currently planned to be developed into a conference hotel with approximately 1,000 guest rooms, a retail podium and a green park. The completion of the project will further booost the development of Wan Chai and enhance the environment of the surrounding area.

With reference to the New Project Release on February 2021, the largest beverage company with 136-year-old has appointed 8T again to Design, Supply and Install of Audio Visual System to their logistics office of 2 floors at Kwai Chung ATL Logistics Center.
Since logistics information display is crucial for a logistics office, the logistics office is well covered by near 30 sets of 4K pofessional display and a 3x3 TV Wall. Furthermore, customer can easily select desired source to display by simply one touch on the advanced central control system.
In order to fully utilize the logistics office, the logistics office is equipped with sophisticated Audio System so that it can be changed to a training center in non-rush hour.
The project is expected to be completed by the end of June 2022.

Large Redevelopment School Campus Project at Borrett Road Mid-Levels
The largest English – medium international school organization in Hong Kong, they celebrated the topping out of the new Island school campus at Mid-levels Borrett Road on December 2021.
Co-funded by the HKSAR Government, this one billion Hong Kong dollar redevelopment school campus project will continue on fitting out the building. With the project on track to be finished for the new academic year, students expected to return to the brand new campus in August 2022.
8T was appointed to provide Alcatel-Lucent IPT as their communication backbone for the new school campus.

They were looking for a cost effective Room Booking software for scheduling conference rooms, space management with workspace usage analytics, and check-in digital signage for over 10 conference rooms without affecting the existing finishing and with minimal outfit. Customer has appointed 8T to deploy the Booking System as well as the Audio Visual System owing to the professional solution offered by 8T can address customer’s pain point effectively.

Monitoring of indoor air quality (IAQ) including VOC, PM 2.5, HCHO, temperature, and humidity will be the core component of WELL building standard that takes a holistic approach to health in the built environment addressing behavior, operations, and design. The real-time air quality status will be displayed on a 165-inch TV Wall to provide information that safeguard the health of the workplace.
Flexible work programs offering employees a greater scope for work-life balance and employers a number of cost-saving opportunities. The Smart Hot Desk Bookings System not only optimized the office environment by desk sharing but also offers employees greater freedom in their day-to-day working environment.

Customers found contentment in the Wi-Fi network built by 8T last year at Tai Kwok Tsui. On 7 December 2015, a statutory body in Hong Kong was established under the Insurance Companies (Amendment) Ordinance 2015. The Authority is a new insurance regulator independent of the Government. The objectives of its establishment are to modernize the regulatory infrastructure to facilitate the stable development of the Hong Kong insurance industry, provide better protection for policy holders, and comply with the requirement of the International Association of Insurance Supervisors that insurance regulators should be financially and operationally independent of the government and industry.
After a careful tender process of assessment in Authority’s expansion plan at Quarry Bay office, the Authority has awarded 8T through a Main Contractor in responsible "Supply, Design, Install and Maintain of professional Audiovisual Systems & Video Conferencing System".
The new space is approx. 11,000 sq. ft. including Reception Area, Interview Rooms, Meeting Rooms & Boardroom etc., the work is expected to complete in early of Nov.

Chan says, the most difficult and challenging time of 8 Telecom Group was the financial tsunami of 2008-2009, when Hong Kong’s economy suffered a heavy blow in the latter half of 2008 and both external trade and domestic demand remained subdued. “However, 8 Telecom Group still persisted in the belief that success is all about people. 8T was appointed by the landlord once again in deployingan Enterprise-grade telephony platform serving over 1,100 voice users. For Tuen Mun Hotel project, 8T has been tasked to delivery professional Wi-Fi, Cabling Management and Data Networking solutions as a result.
